In keeping with its growing interest in the issues of recruiting and replacing the national manpower in the private sector, and based on the nature of the pivotal role assigned to it in the environment of the business, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Qurayat initiated the establishment of the Department of Employment and Vocational guidance with the aim of giving tangible and effective payments To achieve the convergence of the supply and demand sides of national employment on regular, pre-planned routes, taking into account the wishes, expectations and interests of the various parties. In this context, the central role of the Centre was defined as follows:

• To harmonize the needs of private sector enterprises with the national workforce in different occupations and disciplines and the local competencies available and willing to work in these establishments.
• We cater to the needs of the business sector of qualified national cadres in various disciplines to employ them in the appropriate places
